I was once an urban planner and consulted on small-scale residential and commericial development projects. Then I was a graduate researcher studying  the human dyanmics of community and public engagement in city governance. More recently I worked in the healthcare space helping clients advance human-centred care by understanding patient experiences and perspectives.

I work as an analyst, a project manager, and a facilitator. I specialize in the material and social interfaces between people and the issues that affect their lives, in particular those between communities, urban governments, and capital. I have performed a variety of professional, academic and community roles, each in their own way requiring I work creatively with people of diverse interests, knowledge backgrounds and social positions. Through these experiences I have learned that empathy, trust and attending to the needs of others are essential for collective work to have a real impact.

I am currently seeking opportunities to work with liked-minded, values-driven peers and collaborators.
